TOACHEM operates three standardized production bases in Gansu, Zhejiang, and Liaoning, all of which are fully ISO-certified. Our Zhejiang facility holds globally recognized regulatory approvals, including US FDA, Japan PMDA, EU CEP (EDQM), China NMPA, and Korea MFDS, meeting international pharmaceutical production standards.

Each site brings distinct synthesis technology capabilities:

• Gansu facility – Masters core reactions such as oxidation, reduction, catalytic hydrogenation, halogenation (bromination & chlorination), coupling, diazotization, Friedel-Crafts, cryogenic, and anhydrous anaerobic reactions, supporting versatile fine chemical manufacturing.
• Zhejiang workshop – Specializes in high-end custom synthesis, including organolithium/Grignard reactions under low-oxygen anhydrous conditions, multi-route chiral compound preparation, cyanation, methylation, and catalytic coupling. Equipped with large-volume reactors to enable commercial-scale production.
• Liaoning plant – Features unique expertise in sulfur-containing and fluorinated building blocks, with fluorination and trifluoromethylation processes based on CS₂ and H₂S feedstocks. Also offers flexible custom synthesis to meet individual R&D demands.

Leveraging the complementary technical strengths of our three production sites, TOACHEM covers nearly all mainstream organic synthesis routes for pharmaceutical intermediates, delivering seamless services from lab-scale pilot trials to commercial bulk production for global partners.
